I use food as a pathway to ignite your overall wellness transformation.  But it’s never just about food.  In a holistic approach to health and wellness, I look at how all areas of your life are connected.  We will explore stress management, physical activity, relationships, and much more.

 

I will guide and inspire you to listen and appreciate your body, find the foods that work for you, look introspectively at your life, and begin living mindfully.  

 

As we work together, we’ll look at how all parts of your life affect your health, and how we can develop a comprehensive plan to get you back to YOU.  You’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, and how to implement lasting changes to truly nourish your body, improve your energy, and have balance.
